Carl Beckwith

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Carl Beckwith is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Dura-Shiloh. In this role, Carl leads all strategic and operational initiatives across the global enterprise. Paramount to the operational transformation of the company has been the successful introduction of three state-of-the-art manufacturing sites to produce lightweight battery enclosures for electric vehicles in the United States, Czech Republic, and The Republic of Macedonia.

Carl brings Dura 25 years of global automotive leadership and operational excellence experience in manufacturing and with Tier 1 automotive suppliers. His senior leadership roles span operations, commercial, engineering, and program management. Carl built his career on fostering organizational focus toward serving the customer. He delivers winning outcomes through successful collaborations among company leaders and driving cross-business unit operational best-practice sharing, benchmarking, and policy deployment to elevate operational excellence and continuous improvement across organizations.

Before joining Dura-Shiloh, Carl was Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Dana Incorporated, responsible for its global operations. Before Dana, Carl spent 11 years with International Automotive Components (IAC), where he most recently served as President Americas. Before that role, he worked as senior vice president of North American operations for IAC. Carl has led operations while based in Sweden and the United States. He held significant operational leadership roles with Lear Corporation and Tower Automotive and began his career as a process engineer with Lockheed Martin.

In 2019, Carl was recognized by Automotive News as a Rising Star in the automotive supplier industry. He has earned a Bachelor of Science of Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.


Mike Putz

Co-Chief Executive Officer

Mike Putz is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Dura-Shiloh. In this role, Mike leads all financial and commercial initiatives across the global enterprise. Paramount to this role is the development of strategies to position the company for sustainable growth through the establishment of a robust capital structure.


Mike brings 30 years of financial and operational leadership experience in manufacturing with Tier 1 automotive suppliers. Before joining Dura-Shiloh, Mike was the Chief Executive Officer of Peterson Spring, responsible for all aspects of the organization.
Before that, he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Alco Manufacturing, where he was responsible for operations and finance. Before these roles, Mike worked at MPI Products LLC for 10 years in various positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer.

Mike is a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Automotive Research (CAR). He earned a Bachelor of Accountancy from Walsh College and a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.


Scott Pepin

Chief Human Resources Officer

Scott P. Pepin serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer overseeing the company’s human resources, EHS, sustainability, and communications functions on a global basis, which spans over 30 company locations in 13 countries.

Prior to the merger of Dura and Shiloh, Pepin served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Shiloh Industries since 2018. Among his numerous contributions, he was instrumental in improving the overall financial performance of Shiloh by more than $30M annually while serving in the role of Chief Transformation Officer for over 9 months in 2019-2020. In early 2021, his role was expanded to include Dura Automotive. Since then, he has played an instrumental role in the restructuring and redesign of the new Dura-Shiloh entity. In a short time, Pepin and his HR team have implemented a comprehensive strategic talent process, a global positive employee relations program, and advanced global communications in addition to assisting in driving improved sustainable profitability.

From 2016-2018, he was Chief Human Resources Officer at A123 Systems, LLC, where he oversaw all HR, EHS, and communications matters and assumed the lead duties for restructuring the company in his last year. Before that, he was with Federal-Mogul Corporation for 21 years and served as the Senior Vice President, of Global Human Resources and EHS from 2012-2016.

Pepin earned a Master of Business Administration and Honors (Bachelor) in Business Administration from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in English and Psychology from The University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.


Mike Delfin

Chief Commercial Officer

Mike Delfin serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Dura-Shiloh. In this role, Mike leads all commercial initiatives across the global enterprise. He is an accomplished business development executive with extensive global OEM automotive, commercial vehicle and Industrial experience.

Mike brings over 32 years of mechanical and industrial leadership experience in manufacturing within the automotive field. He has achieved recognition for building strong business development teams and establishing vital global networks of automotive industry business associates.

Prior to joining Dura-Shiloh, Mike was the Vice President of business development for Peterson Spring, a performance wire-form manufacturer. Before that, he was Vice President of business development for The Agrati Group, working on formulating new clients and development methods. From 1998-2015 Mike held the role of vice president of global sales and business development at A. Raymond Tinnerman Manufacturing. Before that he served as Automotive Sales Manager for Eaton from 1990-1997.

Delfin obtained a bachelor's degree of science in mechanical engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Later gaining Executive Leadership Training from the University of Michigan and Center for Creative Leadership.
